Bonds Sink To New Low On The Day (Nasdaq)
(RTTNews) - Treasuries have retreated further from highs posted early in morning trading, despite additional losses in the stock market. After remaining relatively flat for most of mid-day trading, bonds slipped another basis point around 1:00 pm ET, reaching a new day-low.

The New York Stock Exchange said that according to data submitted by its member firms, program trading during July 30 to Aug. 3 amounted to 38.4% of New York Stock Exchange average daily volume of 4.49 billion shares, or 1.726 billion program shares traded a day.
